Any cancellation 24 hours or less before your appointment will be nonrefundable. Rescheduling can be done once before your appointment. Being on time for your session is essential. If you are more than 10 minutes late than your scheduled session time has started, you are only given the remaining time of your session. If you are a “no-show,” and there has been no communication via email, you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
